Living Healthy Inside and Out!

There is so much to be said on this topic that I cannot cover it all in one fell swoop, but I can give you a few insights and tips for creating a stronger immune system and healthy living.

Healthy living is so multi-dimensional and involves our whole self, the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of us. All of our whole self requires care in order to create good health and well being.

Our world at this moment is morphing and creating an environment that could be perceived as unstable. We have the ability to choose how we change, adapt, counter, allow, or become involved in change and those choices affect our personal total health as much as what we eat, how we exercise, sleep patterns, and our social health. We have the ability to stabilize our personal totality within an unstable environment.

So Let's talk about what you can do to boost your immune system. Whether you are just wanting to be healthy, or wanting to bolster your immune system to be able to fight off any and all viruses, bacteria, toxins to other pathogens, here are a few good practices:

  1. Sunlight is good for us. Bacteria and viruses tend to die in sunlight. Just wear your sunscreen!

  2. Consistent and regular exercise helps the body and the mind.

  3. Good clean nutrition made up of as many fresh fruits and vegetables as possible. Limit the sugar and carbs. all bacteria and viruses feed on sugar and carbs.

  4. Get 6 to 8 hours of restful sleep every 24 hours minimally.

  5. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!

  6. Spend some quiet time without T.V., news, or other media. It gives the brain a chance to turn off and relax, which is soooo important!

  7. Make time for your spiritual practices - prayer, meditation, reading, church.

  8. Come in and get an Immune Boost wellness I.V. cocktail filled with the top three immune boosting supplements, vitamin D, zinc, and vitamin C.
